Welcome to the Terms of Use Documentation

The 4App Terms of Use implements a "Terms of Use" link on the 4ALLPORTAL login screen, which allows you to display legal content. For example Terms of Use, an imprint or privacy policy.
If required, you can make it mandatory for users to accept the Terms of Use before they can log in the first time (not by default). This way, you can ensure that a user accepts all of your terms, and that you are allowed to store some personal information.
Acceptance of the Terms of Use is mandatory to comply with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GPDR).

Logged-in users can always check the Terms of Use in their user profile, panel "Terms of Use".

After installation, you can to configure the default settings, e.g. the mandatory option, and customize the 4App sample texts.
