Solved Bugs

• Fix the error message shown when moving folders is not permitted to make it clearer for users
• Fix files that have a modification date in the future being skipped during import by resetting the modification date to the current timestamp and logging a warning
• Fix an endless integrity check of the file system index that could block the import of new files
• Fix leftover folder entries after a folder was renamed while the file system index was busy, which kept index and database permanently out of sync
• Fix incomplete folder renames leaving the folder contents under the old path, and moving a folder to another mount not storing the target mount
