Installing of the Authentication Base

Requirements

To use the 4App Authentication Base, make sure you have

• installed and configured 4App CoreEngine version 3.2 or higher

Installing the 4App

The Authentication Provider Base is available as a separate 4App (4allportal-authentication-base) and can be downloaded and installed via the app management in the administration area. After installation, activate the 4App and restart the system.

You now find the new admin snap-in Authentication/Authentication Provider to configure a default / chosen provider in the administration area of your 4ALLPORTAL.

Please note: This 4App is only the basis for authentication. You now need to install the 4App of the provider you need for a detailed configuration.
