This release adds compatibility with Core Engine 4.2 or higher. Core Engine versions below 4.2 must stick with the 4ALLPORTAL Authentication Provider OAuth version 1.

# 4App Authentication Base No Longer Required

We removed the dependency to 4App Authentication Base. Its functionality is included in 4App Core Engine from Core version 4.2.
What to do: Please remove 4App Authentication Base before you upgrade to 4App Core Engine 4.2 or ghigher. The existing configuration will still work.

# Solved Bugs

  • Remove dependency on 4App Authentication Provider Ldap, which is not required for oAuth.
  • Fix unsupported deep links to 4ALLPORTAL. For example, links to a specific module and view will now show the correct frontend page.

# How to Get these Improvements

  • Upgrade 4App Authentication Provider OAuth to version 2.0
  • Dependency: Upgrade 4App Core Engine to version 4.2 or higher
