4App AI-Tagging automatically tags DAM images using artificial intelligence. Its functionality is based on Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services and uses "Face Recognition" and "Computer Vision". These services analyze your 4ALLPORTAL images and extract information which are then stored directly in an image's metadata field.

After installation, new admin snap-in DAM/Microsoft Cognitive Services for configuration is available as well as:

• new user module Objects (AI)
• new subpanel Files related to this contact in module Contacts
• panel AI-Tagging with metadata fields for automatic tagging in each asset's detail view
• search fields for AI-specific metadata in the filter area of the Files module

How Does it Work?

After an image file is uploaded, the 4ALLPORTAL automatically passes on the file to Microsoft Cognitive Services and performs the face recognition and computer vision services (if enabled). The extracted metadata and the positioning data for marking the face or object on the image are passed back to the 4ALLPORTAL and tagged on the corresponding image file.

The 4App AI-Tagging is supported starting from Core / DAM version 3.x.
