New Features and Improvements

• This release adds compatibility with Core Engine 4.0. Core Engine versions below 4.0 must stick with the 4ALLPORTAL AI-Tagging release version 4.

Technical Changes & Admin Instructions

Discontinue of Face Recognition Attributes

To prevent stereotyping and discrimination, the Azure Face Recognition API discontinues the support of attributes/fields age, smile, gender, emotion, makeup_eye, makeup_lip, facial_hair, hair_color, and bald. In consequence, these attributes will no longer be recognized or set as metadata automatically (read more about this decision here (opens new window)).
In the user interface, these attribute's fields are not displayed anymore. If they already had content before, these attribute's fields are still displayed with their metadata.
Please note: Action "Refresh Preview" updates all facial attributes and will thus remove all unsupported attributes.

How to Get These Improvements

• Upgrade 4App AI-Tagging to version 5.0
• Dependency: Upgrade 4App Core Engine to version 4.0.0 or higher
