Welcome to the Folder Workflow documentation

This app will automatically create folders or rename files based on a configured workflow.

How does it work?

Each time you enter or edit metadata in a specified field of a specified module, the installed and active app will be triggered and folders will be created / renamed in your file system (and therefore in your Folders module). These trigger fields can be in any module.

You need to store a configured workflow XML file and install the app to use a folder workflow.

Supported CoreEngine Version

The 4App Folder Workflow is supported starting from version 3.6 (CoreEngine, DAM, Essentials).
