Installation of the 4App

The Inheritance Renderer is available as a separate 4App (4allportal-inheritance-renderer) and can be downloaded and installed via the app management in the administration area. After installation, activate the 4App and restart the system.

You can now configure the following:

• a push and a pull workflow for parent field and inheriting field
• adjust the inheriting field's renderer
• create a control field (boolean) to determine whether to inherit a value or not

Requirements

The 4App Inheritance Renderer from version 5.2 is supported starting from Core Engine version 4.37 and Essentials version 4.23. Note that earlier versions of this 4App are dependent on 4App Essentials Base.
