# New Features and Improvements
# Create Dictionaries
You can now create and manage multiple dictionaries to improve the search in your 4ALLPORTAL. A thesaurus includes terms, their synonyms and misspellings as well as child elements, and is assigned to specific metadata fields.
A search term no longer has to be exact to lead to a result, but can also take synonyms and even misspellings into account. You can as well create complex synonym trees of related terms, which makes searching for specific objects e.g. for products in a product group, much easier and quicker.
# Import and Export CSV Files
If you want to export a thesaurus or import an existing dictionary, you can easily up- or download it using a .csv file.
# How to Get These Improvements
- Upgrade 4App Core Engine to version 3.10.7 or higher
- Install the 4App Thesaurus in the 4ALLPORTAL
