• Metrics: We have removed IP metrics from Prometheus

• Fix problems with tabbing in a tree component, which did not work under certain circumstances
• Fix webhooks which sent data with ISO_8859_1 instead of UTF-8
• Fix security vulnerabilities by using new libraries
